HWT is leading the "next wave" of data warehouse and data mining
technology deployments, bringing a suite of services and tools to help healthcare
payers use their paid claims data to recover overpayments, address fraud and
waste, and implement a wide range of other cost saving programs.
HWT's Data Enablement Services provide two areas of value to our clients:
Data Warehouse Services - All of HWT's services rely on access to a
paid claims data warehouse, which HWT typically builds from its clients' claims
data and hosts in HWT's secure, highly scalable and advanced service bureau
facilities. Because claims data underlies HWT's services, we often deploy access
to this data warehouse to our clients as their primary paid claims data warehouse
for analytic and reporting purposes.
iQSuite™ - HWT's iQSuite of tools allow real time access to paid
claim details contained in the data warehouse to investigate cases, manipulate
data, drill-to-detail level of information and rapidly generate reports. The
iQSuite contains:
- iQSafeguard - a flexible investigative inquiry tool that combines pre-programmed
queries, algorithms and reports with full ad hoc query access to a claims database.
iQSafeguard provides the capability to mine, query or run ad hoc reports via
a web browser.
- iQAi - a powerful and sophisticated approach - using advanced learning technology
- for healthcare payers to detect new and emerging fraud, waste and abuse schemes.
- iQRMS - a recovery and case management tool which allows users to track,
manage, and measure all stages of overpayment collection.
- iQBudget - a financial analysis tool that lets decision makers monitor expenditures
from the aggregate to the transaction level, and access current information
to highlight aberrant spending patterns for early detection and action.
- iQSearch - provides the ability for users to rapidly query on key data fields.
- iQSampling - allows users to create random samples of claims from any specified
universe of paid claims.
- iQReports - iQReports, a set of standardized management, trend and utilization
reports that are updated on a regular basis.
- iQPortal - a customized web access portal that is designed and deployed
for any client who requires integrated access and a single password protected
log-in to multiple iQSuite products.
